Edith Wolford History
Edith D. Wolford Elementary School is located in a Ponderosa Pine forest known as the Black Forest, which is situated on a ridge called the Palmer Divide. This Divide forms the dividing line between the Arkansas River and the Platte River drainage east of the Rocky Mountains with an average altitude of 7,500 feet. Find out about our history.
